Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate Program

Program Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant program prepares individuals to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and
scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. Courses include Computer Literacy, Business Procedures, Introduction to office suite software (including word processing, spreadsheet & database management), Principles of Management, and Financial Accounting.

Admissions Requirements
High school diploma or GED is required prior to admission. (Official transcripts or GED scores must be submitted from all colleges and/or high schools attended for credit.)
ACCUPLACER Testing, or submit SAT, ACT, COMPASS, or ASSET test scores.
