Program Description
The Social Media Specialist certificate prepares graduates to create and administer content on all social media platform to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Admissions Requirements
High school diploma or GED is required prior to admission. (Official transcripts or GED scores must be submitted from all colleges and/or high schools attended for credit.)
