Program Description
This certificate is the second in a series of two in the Automation and Robotics Technology pathway. Building on fundamental skills learned from Electrical Maintenance Technician TCC, students advance their skills in motor control systems, programmable logic controllers, and are introduced to the application of robotics and automation in manufacturing environments. In addition, students complete a capstone project that demonstrates their understanding and level of competency. This credential will prepare students for high-demand fields in maintenance and repair in manufacturing.
