BUAS 2015 Project Management for BAS
This course introduces the principles and practices of project management. Emphasis is placed on the planning process and tools such as PERT charts that support the planning process. Topics include: defining a project, planning, work breakdown structure, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, risks, quality, project knowledge areas, flow diagrams, process charts, operations charts, network scheduling, Gantt charts, and PERT (nodes, tasks, dependencies) and materials management, and Microsoft Project or related software. Suggested Software: use of software tools (such as MS Visio, MS Project).
